We are very excited to announce we are holding hypnagogic light machine sessions at About Balance, a holistic health and wellbeing centre based in Brighton.
We were introduced to Effie Love and About Balance by Dr David Schwartzman of the University of Sussex, the institution are currently using the Lucia no.03 hypnagogic light machine in research. Dr Schwartzman took the Lucia no.03 to an event organised by the Psychedelic Society of Brighton where Effie was introduced to the wonderful world of hypnagogia and before we could say stroboscopic light stimulator we were on a train to Brighton. On a monthly basis Mount Analogue will be offering hourly light machine sessions at £40 per person.
