Q. How do I see the colourful flashing lights with my eyes closed?
A. You are not "seeing" the colourful flashing lights. The light from the Lucia is only white. Your brain is reacting to the stroboscopic light to create the colourful flashing patterns in your mind only. If you open your eyes it will cease.
Q. What if I don't like the experience and want it to stop?
A. In the same way the experience takes effect immediately, it can be stopped immediately by opening your eyes.
All users are monitored closely and the session will be stopped if they appear uncomfortable.
Q. What can I expect from my Lucia N°03 hypnagogic light experience?
A. Within seconds the white light will pass through closed eyelids, past the retina to the pineal gland.
