WHAT TO EXPECT 

---

Your 1 to 1 session will be conducted at the Notting Hill Therapy Clinic, a private wellness space. A light session lasts approximately 1 hour during which time you will be fully supervised by Mat, who is a trained practitioner. For first time users, the science of the light and its effects will be explained to you. Preceding your session Mat will happily answer any questions you may have regarding the light or the hypnagogic experience. After giving informed consent your session can begin. Starting with a taster session to ensure you are comfortable with the experience (at any time the session can be stopped by opening your eyes) a complementary soundtrack will be selected to score your inner journey. The taster will typically be followed by a longer session on a program of suitable intensity selected based on your feedback. The session will be experienced seated or lying down depending on the room facilities.

After a light session users describe feeling calm and energised we advise that you:
Take time to allow for integration of what you've experienced
Drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol
Consider meditating or completing a mindful exercise prior to bedtime
Get plenty of rest to optimise the healthful impacts of your experience
