Dreamachine costs £55 for a 1 hour session.
Availability - mid week daytime, early evenings & weekends.Bookings are only secured once payment has been made via bank transfer. 7 days notice is required to receive a full refund for a cancellation. Bookings are non-transferable to other dates. |
What to expect from your Dreamachine session
Your 1-to-1 session will be conducted in a private residential space. A session lasts approximately 1 hour during which time you will be fully supervised by Mat. Preceding your session Mat will happily answer any questions you may have regarding Dreamachine. After giving informed consent your session can begin. Starting with a taster session to ensure you are comfortable with the experience (at any time the session can be stopped by opening your eyes) a complementary soundtrack will be selected to score your inner journey. The taster will typically be followed by a longer session on a program of suitable intensity selected based on your feedback. The session will be experienced seated or lying down depending on the room facilities.

- Take time to allow for integration of what you've experienced.
- Drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol.
- Consider meditating or completing a mindful exercise prior to bedtime.
- Get plenty of rest to optimise the healthful impacts of your experience.
*Please note the Dreamachine is not a medical device. It is contraindicated for sufferers of strobe intolerance due to a psychological condition such as a psychosis, anxiety disorder, sufferers of photosensitive epilepsy or individuals who have medical conditions with tendencies to have epileptic incidents. Pregnant women and children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the machine.
