HLE Lucid Dreaming
A lucid dream (clear-dream) is a dream in which we are aware that we are dreaming, thus allowing us to control the content.
Dr. Engelbert Winkler and anthropology student, Robin Proeckl, are developing a technique for lucid dreaming in which the “Movement-dissimilation technique” (Imitation of sleep paralysis) and Lucia N°03 are combined. First experiments show positive results. Once the concept will be ready it will be published. Lucid dreaming is the ultimate trip, one that is safe and beneficial to everyone and can only ever come from within. There are easy ways to access the lucid state, they sometimes require a degree of self-discipline, but just one lucid dreaming success will make the techniques absolutely invaluable. Lucid dreaming is one of the most enriching experiences a human being can have. We are addicted to coffee and the cult of wakefulness, our brains are online. But the waking state is only one small aspect of the experience of human consciousness. The sleep states take us into invisible and imaginary realms. Through working with our sleep and dreams we can learn to fully engage with these realms and in doing so, learn to self-reflect, get new perspectives and see the bigger picture. We can be our own guru, counsellor and soulmate.
LUCID DREAMING AND LUCIA N°03 BY SARAH JANES
As humans, we are beings of light, and all of our cells communicate through light (this is just being confirmed now by molecular biologists in the field of bio-photonics). The wide-spectrum solid and flickering light enters the body through the closed eyes, travels into the central brain (where the pineal gland is located) and continues through the whole body. Thus the Lucia N°03 activates the whole cellular and energetic light system, sending energetic light waves that clear blocks, release pent up emotions and traumas and also release any other stagnant energy. This is why the Lucia N°03 light experience is great for energy workers and empaths, it helps you release what is not yours that you may have picked up on the way. While this is happening on the physical, emotional, etheric and energetic planes, the Lucia N°03 light experience for the light traveler is an immersion into a world of colours, patterns, shapes, deep meditation, journeys, memories, lucid dreams, astral travels, etc.
"The Lucia N°03 is probably the most powerful meditation technique I've tried. It's a technology that removes us from the constant noise of modern technologies and brings us deeper into our inner selves, with effects that are real and lasting. I'm a big fan."
- James Nestor, award-winning author of the book Deep.
Sarah Janes regularly writes articles about dreaming and gives talks and presentations on the subject. She is currently researching a book about the ancient culture and history of dream incubation and sleep temples - Lake of Mnemosyne, which is due for publication with Muswell Hill Press later this year. Sarah has expansive knowledge of the ancient art of dream incubation and dream rituals. Sarah Janes is a lucid dreaming expert who has been lucid dreaming since early childhood. She’s an independent researcher who has written on the subject for The Idler, The Bohemian, The Journal of Paranthropology and Ancient Origins and is finishing a book about ancient dream incubation practices, she is also developing lucid dream inspired Virtual Reality experiences and curating events and workshops on the subject. Sarah Janes has a particular interest in the dream incubation techniques used in the sleep temples of Egypt and ancient Greece.
