Mat Harvey was introduced to the Lucia N°03 hypnagogic light while working as event producer for Regeneration Festival. After experiencing the Lucia he saw the future and decided to contact the makers of the light in Austria. He has worked hand in hand with the developers travelling across the UK and Europe with them organising and participating in unique events to showcase the Lucia N°03.
